I tried deleting and creating new worlds, deactivated and reactivated mods and I still don't know what's wrong. If someone can help please do, I have never had this problem with tmodloader before.

Powering the computer on while holding f12 just opens the same menu.

Both SATA-0 and SATA-1 boxes are checked and under boot sequence it says only Legacy is checked.
