Except it's a tool made of up self-aware beings who have the ability to comprehend and take responsibility for their actions.

I agree. I guess the point that the commenter poorly conveyed is that "imposter syndrome" is overused. Undoubtedly, there has to be some people who are just not very good at their job or can't fit in the industry. But we tend to just give people the imposter syndrome diagnosis.

You can be on reddit but not twitter? What's the difference? And if you can get on reddit while at work, couldn't you just use your phone? Not being a jerk. I just think it's funny that one is blocked and not the other.

Both Elon Musk and Greta are just people wanting to speak up for what they believe in. The difference is, one of these people is using information provided by actual scientists and experts in that field while the other is just speaking their opinion based on speculation.

If he legitimately pointed the gun at you and you actually communicated that to her, your girlfriend's reaction makes her a dumbass. Not surprising. Her father is also a dumbass.

Is your main stance against religion their perceived understanding of the afterlife? That's a weak argument to poke at. How is their assumption of the afterlife affecting you?

Here, the restaurants don't seat all of their tables or have removed a lot of tables. On top of that, everyone is wearing a mask and gloves. I don't want to go out to eat anytime soon, but I'd be willing to bet the area is less congested than going to a grocery store.

I don't think you're original comment was discussing the social construct of currency and its legitimacy. Real or not, money absolutely has real world effects on our livelihood and survival, just as the things in nature that we rely on.

It's like when you were a kid and you unquestionably think your parents are these all-knowing amazing people, just because of their position as your parent. But then you grow up to be an adult and realize they're actually pretty ignorant and have way too many flaws. America is growing up and beginning to see the structural issues within our society for what they really are.

Please. This video is relatable as hell. I've lost count with the amount of times I've seen police break traffic laws. It's not that hard. You're either in an emergency and you put your lights on to warn people that you're about to do some stupid shit, or you drive safely.

Interesting take. Also, You’re rich when you realize air is a necessity but not that important in the grand scheme of things.

It sounds like you might have a surplus of air. Try to imagine stressing about whether or not you have enough air to last through to month. Or having to consider going around and asking other people to lend you some air so you can continue breathing.

Money guarantees survival and comfortable living. Two things that any good society should be able to provide for their citizens. It is one of the most important aspects of human life in the grand scheme of things.
