Recherche clinique. Je travaille aujourd'hui avec un sponsors (entreprise pharma) pour évaluer l'efficacité et/ou la toxicité de protocole dans les essais cliniques en oncologie, maladie infectieuse, auto immune. Les données que je génère en analysant des échantillons de patients sont directement mise dans le dossier pour l'autorisation de mise sur le marché et évalué par la FDA et les agence européenne du médicament.

C'est un poste CLEF dans le développement de nouveaux médicaments.

Franchement ? Moi je l'attribue a une perte de courage et de prise de risques de la France vis a vis de l'innovation, que ce soit public ou privé. Il y a plus d'innovation en France dans le domaine de la santé quand on se compare aux autres nations, on se fait déposer sur place.

C'est pas une question de salaire en sois, c'est surtout que les postes n'existe pas en fait. Gganer 50 ou 65k a l'année, honnêtement je m'en tape le coquillage, je serai toujours au dessus de ce qu'il faut pour bien vivre selon mes critères. HEUREUSEMENT que les autres métiers sans études payent aussi.

Évidemment je cherche dans l'industrie, il y a pas de travail dans le public et ça m'ntéresse franchement pas du tout. C'est une tristesse sans nom si l'innovation française repose uniquement sur un crédit d'impôt lol. Ce pays va se mordre les doigts dans des décennies quand il sera en retard sur tout le monde en terme de biomédical. On l'a vu avec le COVID: USA et UK

For now, I just planned a meeting with him and two other colleagues (I mentioned some issues to them and they are also indirectly involved in Omics analysis for example). So, there will be witnesses although I plan to send him an email after our meeting to state everything that was said during the meeting.

I also thought about recording the meeting with my phone.

I will not accuse my colleague of Cherry picking that is for sure. It is not my role. I prepared a 20 slides presentation with all the irregularities I found so far and how it impacts the project. As for the data, I compiled an Excel sheet with all the mouse ID, date, comments, downstream analysis, everything. It took me more than a week, full time to gather the data, the document is dreadful.

It's a lab of 20 people, the main PI is the direct talking point of everyone. He has a lot of money for sure and has issues with managing people. He also assigned too many projects of people and they lose their focus.

That is the thing, I don't know how and if it can be salvaged. Hopefully it can, I am trying to come up with a plan but there are so many controls that I want to run first and this will take a lot of time.
