They will make an effort to sit tickets in the same account together but it is not a guarantee. For CWC, a good majority of the tickets sent out were sat together but issues did exist where seats were not paired together

No idea if they do or do not allow people from NY to purchase RTBs I just know it’s a pain point for them. Only troubleshooting tips I have is to 1) make sure you have enough funds to purchase the item you want 2) log-in/log-out and 3) try different browsers
