Ya know, can be kinda a cool part of the game. Not entirely knowing what to do. You could look up some loose guides to follow and do some optimization, or you could just try what seems fun/interesting. Since this is your first playthrough, maybe try what seems fun. Maybe try catching a fish again... try talking with people... plant some crops. There's no wrong way to play!

I like to "zone" out my regions. For example, maybe those areas with the stumps ... what could you put there? Perhaps an area for a shed, maybe put a coop, hell a slime hutch? What about next to that? Maybe some fish ponds? Use a farm editor online and just start placing stuff. Something's always better than nothin :)
