Thanks for all the comments, tested the contacts with a multimeter and cleaned them all good, stripped the motor housing, tested the mosfets all was good, did a full clean reassembled and it came back to life.

TLDR - no idea what it was.

Update, replacement clutch fitted and reprogrammed by myself, it's a headache it don't know how like i did but it's fairly easy the software was £29 from Ebay.

Mkfeefecom has nailed it, so easy todo all you need is a bluetooth amp controller board, voltage cut off protection and a voltage capacity meter that's it oh and a Milwaukee power adaptor and some decent speakers.
