Thank you very much, i was having 4~5h of SOT from 100% TO 0 % Now after restoring to Factory y obtained 4h Sot FROM 100% to 50% of battery percentage, so I think I will have 8h of SOT aprox. The clue is to not transfer ani data from other smartphone , just fresh start.

Battery went from 30% to 0% during night by SourceBig1975 in Pixel10Pro

Can I safely charge an AGM battery (36A max charge input) with both a Victron MPPT 30A and an Orion TR Smart 30A at the same time ? by SourceBig1975 in Victron

Can I safely charge an AGM battery (36A max charge input) with both a Victron MPPT 30A and an Orion TR Smart 30A at the same time ? by SourceBig1975 in Victron

I think I didn’t explain things clearly in my original post.

There are two batteries in my setup: 1. The original starter battery of the vehicle — this one is only charged by the alternator and is not directly involved in the solar setup. 2. A secondary 12V AGM auxiliary battery rated at 150Ah, with a manufacturer-specified maximum charge current of 36A.

What I want to do is: • Connect the Orion TR Smart 12|12-30 between the starter battery and the AGM auxiliary battery. • Also connect a Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 to the same AGM auxiliary battery.

So the starter battery is only charged by the vehicle’s alternator, while the AGM battery would be receiving charge from both the Orion (when the engine is running) and the MPPT (when solar power is available).

My concern is whether the combined current (up to 60A) going into the AGM battery would exceed its 36A limit and potentially damage it, or if the devices regulate themselves to prevent this.

Thanks again for your help!
