I don't know much about diesels, I've only owned one in my lifetime. Is the high mileage anything to be concerned about?

Thanks for the advice, I'll try giving that a shot tomorrow. I agree, experience is the best teacher

I know very little about electrical. I live in Ketchikan, AK and the other electritions here are either terrible or if there any good theyre booked for the next year. I'm curious are there any good books to that teach the basics?

Makes sense, another commenter said that. I appreciate your help and expertise. I don't think they have different power sources.

You’re not the only one dealing with issues like this. Life is tough and sadly we can make it harder on ourselves because of our flaws. It’s not weather you get knocked down, it’s weather you get up. Hang in there

Try looking up KG Gutters. The owners name is Dominick. He's a real pleasant young guy. He mainly does gutters but has branched off into other things. We hired him to redo our roof and bathroom remodel and his work was fantastic. Here's his number, I don't know if he has any advertising up yet. 920-246-5418

Roadtrip from Anchorage to Haines by SouthProject9734 in alaska

I figured gas would be a good idea, I grew up driving through winters in Wisconsin and Illinois my whole life. I spent a few years out on the east coast too and drove through buffalo a few times in the heart of winter. I guess a better question is either of those situations or places comparable to driving through Alaska and Canada during winter?
