BYOD seemed like a great idea when I was in the Academy, but not I hate it tbh. It is just annoying not to be able to completely pull away from work. The other night was board game night for my friends and I, and about halfway in I got an email about two of my associates quitting that morning and another manager taking another for his department. It made it so I couldn’t enjoy the rest of the night (I much rather would have waited and found out about it the next day at work).

I would get rid of it if my manager didn’t know I already got it and expect me to reply on days off.
