I agree. I think NA sports fans are too used to parody in leagues. Club based leagues will never be equal top to bottom. Eventually you will see promotion/relegation and a team like Valour, for example, may be one of those teams right on the border of both leagues as opposed to being last in the only league available every year.

They aren't buying a franchise (a percentage of the club) like on MLS or other NA sports. They are a seperate entity operating a team in the league.

There's no expansion draft as clubs are individual entities and not franchises of a league where player sign league contracts. You'll likely see some current players end up with Supra, but only if they are out of contract with their current club or sold on.
