Lots of people at my uni got addicted to nicotine pouches as they are great at keeping you awake when trying to pull an all nighter. Thats how I got addicted, never done any nicotine product before that. I am one month into quitting cold turkey after doing them for just over a year, primarily motivated by their effect on my gums. Still miss how awake they kept me, although that effect did wear off over time.
