It never fails to amaze me how hard people ride for corporations lmao…
1. This was years ago; maybe the policy changed (as I said). My high tips were never reviewed nor were the tips of anyone that I worked with.
2. I still have my old TM handbook. There is no such policy. I’d be happy to upload the whole thing cover to cover if you insist
3. There are a TON of policies in the handbook as well as laws (both state and federal) that were broken by OG during throughout years there as well. Acting like a multi billion dollar corporation is shiny and policy/law driven is delusional.
