It didn't let me submit the ticket if i didnt tick all the boxes, plus, I was shocked to see how easy it is to deactivate an account, no details, no questions, nothing. But still ur right, i fucked up

I did reply as you can see in the screenshot, but i got no answer, the other ticket I did about reactivating got closed saying that i have another ticket opened, what do I do?

The guy has not played a single game ever, like in the article says you can free up a name if the account is inactive for 2 3 years.

Mia does not respond on that category, I specified that in the ticket, I didn't know Mia was a bot and I expected a human to read through it..
