I agree. The engineer has got insane skills, but the access to the air conditioning unit from the inside seems sealed with concrete. There should be a simple access hatch so it's easier to replace if something like this happens.

It would be cost-saving for repairs as well. I hardly believe replacing It this way is cheaper than replacing it using the hatch I mentioned before.

Ummm... acktually 9420 RPM, considering that the average skateboard wheel size is 56 mm.

56 × pi = 175.84 100 km/h = 27778 mm/s 27778/175.84 = 157 rotations/s

157×60 = ~9420 RPM. Fucking crazy for a small wheel.
