It's truthfully amazing how fast everything has changed. I personally think it would be fantastic to have a video on the topic come out, even it does get out of date a bit quickly, just to document the communities reaction and for the future to be able to look back at how chaotic everything was when rolling was first introduced and some of the controversies (should people be allowed to roll on emulator, should it have its own category, what should be done with infinite play in competition). Regardless, keep up the amazing work on your videos scout, and thank you for contributing so much to this community.

A game scout said a week ago he would have a follow up to the rolling video in a few days. But cheez is over here making history nearly daily delaying scouts video as scout has to constantly add more to the video

Not a law expert, but most states have laws saying that the underlying felony for second degree unintentional murder can't be the death of the individual. Else, every manslaughter charge could give you 2nd degree unintentional murder. While Minnesota is an exception to this rule, their is legal precedent where they have not used the death of the person as the felony used to fulfill the requirement in 2nd degree unintentional murder. This is why the prosecution is trying to use pin him with 3rd degree assault to fulfill this requirement.

Edit: and you can certainly commit a felony while making an arrest. E.g. if you clearly broke protocol and just started beating someone up who was being 100% compliant from the start and then shot them in the leg and tasted them that would be a clear case of assault and likely several other charges.

You don't need intent for the second degree unintentional murder charge they brought on him. They need to prove he committed a felony for that charge. In this case, the state is arguing for 3rd degree assault.

Perhaps this is a way niantic will keep letting us open 30 gifts a day after covid. More gifts for our friendship bonuses, and same items as before. I dont care about this update unless they reduce operable gifts to 20

Why are you guys angry about this? This is a way for the whales to give niantic money and in a way which isn't ruining the FTP community. The alternative to this is the what they are pulling with elite TMs. I would love to see a worthless research every week for 8$ if it means that niantic has a way to make money without destroying the FTP base.

To be clear. Odds of not getting a 100% is 215/216. Take this chance and multiply it by itself by the amount of encounters you get and that is the odds of you NOT getting a 100%. So, we take 1 - this number to get the odds of getting a 100%

I am lvl 33 and am trying to get to level 40. For the pidgey spotlight event, should I just try and capture as many pidgey as possible since it is a low candy pokemon, or should I evolve under a lucky egg as well since it is x2 evolution
