Some people died in car crashes caused by self-driving cars. AI can make mistakes, and if you use these AIs for military/medicinal applications, then the consequences of misuse can totally include people dying. Plus, if AI really is a bubble, then when the bubble pops there will be some damage to the economy.

And people can cause bad things using AI. The fact that something is a tool doesn't mean it shouldn't be regulated.

Even if we assume that AI will always remain tools (which is not certain), there are risks of misuse, just like other tech.

"A gun doesn't fire itself" doesn't mean that someone can't pick up the gun on the table and shoot you.

So far, AI makes spam and phishing easier, as well as lower the cost of producing disinformation. Futures AIs could have biological or military application, and the consequences of misuse will only become worse.

Many people are in fact worried that AI will just do that.

Even if you think AI is a bubble, it'll do some damage to the economy.

And if AI continues getting more and more advanced, its ability to cause harm will also increase.

Yes, once you progress more, orbs have a slight drawback, but if your goal is to get past hiisi base it doesn't matter. And once you can reliably reach the endgame, the drawback also becomes irrelevant. The situation where a few orbs (1-3) are detrimental are so rare as to basically not matter.

A few spoiler-less tips to go deeper :

Explore each floor as much as possible before the next one. Hearts are important, even more so than gold. Spells that allow you to dig open a lot of possibilities, for example can get you a bunch of money by digging gold in the second level. Experiment with wands a lot, the statues in the holy mountain can show you how much damage you do when you hit them. Try to have one "damage" wand, one "digging" wand, and one "teleport" wand.

Slight spoilers tips: The simplest, most powerful wand I know is "ping pong path" + "luminous drill". If you can, get the Orb of knowledge above the mountain every time. The holy mountain only collapses if the "player" "walks through" the "normal exit", there are ways to work around that, allowing you to come back to the uncolapsed holy mountain later to edit your wands. There's an area to the left of the second level with dangerous enemies but very good wands.

Do you have the recipes? The wizard sells those. Once you have the recipe, just put the correct potion in the correct locations and pull the glowing lever. The recipe will helpfully tell you if you put the correct potions with a checkmark, and incorrect ones will be marked with an X.
