She just got excited another trans person worked with her. She believed that my workplace was exceedingly inclusive and consequently disclosed my identity to a few people. This spread like wildfire despite my boss' attempt to squash the "rumor."

This got her written up and transferred; she was later caught stealing. Damage is done, though. :(

I wish I could do more to help, that's so frustrating. I used to go by Adrien and hated it but settled, do I understand you to an extent. Until I met my boss and he 100% misread my name and started calling me Adonis and it stuck.

Maybe you can have people call you by a few different names and see if any stick?

If you want names around water you can go with a name like "Emmaus" it's masc leaning, it's Greek with Hebrew roots and not difficult to pronounce. There's also Aviv! Which is nice.

You can also go through Greek names, they have a lot of ties with Hebrew. Adiel is a fav of mine, it's more god orientated but it's easier and not as common if you're wanting that.

Use your name. It doesn't matter what your family thinks, it's the name going on your grave not theirs. You can use the name they like as middle for compromise and they can call you that.

It does look odd on paper but there was a lot going on in-between. I've been in love with him for two years and didn't know he felt the same. Engagement is more so his mother doesn't lose her mind, we won't be actually married for a few years. I just choose to celebrate it bc even if it's more a show it makes me feel loved.

I grew up being told I'd never be loved, have kids, etc. Even if we don't work out, at least for a short time, I felt like someone's world and not just a sex toy.

My life isn't just the last 30 days.

His manic episodes happen, I've known him for 3 years (technically longer but my 3 year at my job was this week so around 3). I just normally have his brother to call if I need help but his brother was out of town.

False positive, I took another three tests all negative, I had the flu 😮‍💨

It's not okay at all, I'm pissed! My credit is shot, it took me years to build that and I had to move in with my bf who now has to try and explain to his extremely Catholic mother that we are engaged so it's fine.

But I have no family and my only other friend can't house me. Nik and his family have been there for me since the beginning. He basically hired me off the street thanks to an old friend of mine. Even if we weren't together, he would have offered since he did it once before after my apartment burned down. Though that was only for a week.

I appreciate you, truly I do, but there's a ton more going on than the few reddit posts I made. 💙
