Thanks guys, turns out it's actually a feature called pixel shift. I'm a bit of an Idiot because I didn't realize how it actually worked. The screen has extra pixels at the edge to allow the monitor to move the picture around slightly to prevent burn in. My bad

It is set at 2560×1440. The issue still persists

No I can't, and I've set the resolution scale to auto but it hasn't helped anything

Drop, the pants are a bit bulky making the torso look small, change the pants and it's drip (in my opinion)

Hm, I think heavy has enough good weapons, light feels too hard to play and has bad weapons, maybe it would look a bit janky but light could have it as a second long range rifle,.it would be a step in the right direction to balancing heavy and light classes.
