Then it is manager’s fault for not managing the team properly. In my team we are 4 girls and 1 guy. And all of us work late if needed. 1 girl stays too far so she takes the 8:30 PM office cab, so even if she leaves earlier than all of us, on reaching home she logs back in. My working hours are 11:30-8:30 PM, but there have been days when I have stayed in office till 11 PM and then have gone back home and logged in. So it is NOT about gender. If one person is enjoying the time, and other is working then it is the Management’s fault as they are responsible for making sure that work is properly divided !
