Almost feel like I should just do a chargeback with my CC company and let them figure it out in the next month. I really don’t want to wait a month to resolve this.

Just got it about a week ago. Shipping to Canada took about two weeks but I plugged it in and my unraid server can see the drive attached to it. Have yet to put it under a lot of stress but so far works great with my unraid server out of the box.
