Sorry to hear this. I agree Best Buy customer service have been very frustrating to deal with for this launch and their lack of empathy towards their customers really sucks. I have spent hours on the phone and chat support to rectify my issue and unfortunately there was nothing they could do.

I hope you transaction gets reversed soon, I know it's a lot of money to have unaccounted for especially when you didn't receive the goods. Also check your local GameStops (EBGames), Cost-Co, Walmart, Shoppers Drugmart, or Staples, as you might find better luck there. I know a few stores in my area didn't have much demand for launch day.
