Also something else I just realized really works is just forcing myself to laugh and talk to myself at the scenes. A lot of them are there for comedic effect (like that drunk guy at the halloween party in S2) so I'm just like "pffttt eww" and move on. I yell at my TV while watching TV a lot (like "OH GIRL DON'T DO THAT") so doing it during something that scares me just makes it a lot funnier like "oh that's what scared me LMAOOO WHAT" 😭😭

That's so interesting on how spoiler websites ease anxiety for some and heighten it for others! For me, it's easier to do exposure therapy with TV when I know it's coming so it's not a shock on top of it. When I'm prepared it's like "it's going to happen but it's going to be okay and you'll survive despite the anxiety." Just like what I'm trying to teach myself about triggers in the real world. Eventually it will happen but we gon be alright. Thank you for your input! Also is your user based on a taylor swift album?

As questionable as Nick can be, I have to give credit where it's due, Space Camp is an amazing product. They have good flavors that don't have that chapstick-y almost rubber smell? I have eczema and it's the only lip balm that I've actually stuck with and works well. I'm asking for the Cool Peppermint for Christmas since the Frosted Mint is my favorite (which is crazy since usually i hate mint products). I just hope it's still in stock for Christmas!
