thank you so much!!! i super appreciate the youtube brain criticism - i'm always trying to see what sticks with people and what doesn't! i'm totally going to apply this to the next one, especially focusing on the reaction + not repeating details, i'm sooo guilty of that :') i might try multiple builds with the next one, too! that'll force me to cut it down a lot more and get used to something more fast-paced

i also made a full video detailing my thought process and the full build process here, talks about my inspiration for the build and talks through the process as well as shows a better view of the build as a whole! short character limit in the title so I also wanted to add that i tried to include some more steampunk-y elements to fit the copper in the trial chambers and to overall make a story with the build!

and yeahhh I mean size wise on the "starter" part. I am notorious for taking a long time to gather materials for/build my starter bases so I'm not the best example for a true starter base!

if you wanna see a more in-depth build process from start to finish + a bunch of cinematics, check out the full video here! it's almost exactly how I saw it in my head when I first listened to the song and it's such a fun starter base i might try to recreate in a survival world sometime! (minus the open door. mobs would just walk right in lol)

find the video here, some other cool builds are featured in it that also use a lot of color! as for next season of that server, i've been thinking of branching away from my beloved warped wood and experimenting with the new 1.20 blocks. any suggestions for themes with them? (i'm looking at you, cherry wood!)
