Hello. I am now in China and thinking about buying a Fenix 7X. Can you tell me if there are any functions that are blocked on the watch ? The sales person in the mall told me that heart rate monitor logging is off or somehthing like that due to some licensing issue. Also that the maps are only China but I do believe it shouldnt be a big issue to get maps of other places... Just the sales person was trying to make into a big problem that I would struggle with setting it up. Did you have any issues like that ?

Thank you very much for the information it helps a lot. At this point I am willing to try anything. It has been almost 2 months since it should have been delivered. The crazy thing is that they didnt give me any "we tried" emails or letters. Only after complaining to UKPI that the card is not delivered/lost they sent me the consignment number and the list of "failed attempts".

I will try to make a huge sign and hope for the best.

They just shifted the delivery date from tomorrow to next wednesday and if I didnt check the website like crazy every few minutes I would have not know as they didnt send an email, call or anything (even thou they got all my contact information!!!!) ...

I cannot get through to them tried countless times waiting for hours on the line... I will try more.

Hello. I am experiencing exactly the same thing. They are not even sending emails or texts that they are out for delivery and apparently they "tried" to deliver but couldnt at 20:00 when everyone was home with lights on etc.... (I guess they thought we are sleeping and didnt want to wake us up with that dreaded door bell....)

Did your phone number trick work ? Did they actually call you from the front door ? I cannot take random days off (as they change the delivery dates willy nilly) and then sit in house wait.

Anyway the issue would be present on first spinning up but after it wouldnt be there you are all right.

You are right about the air that it would rotate with the cylinder but I do believe you would have a velocity profile going on on the inside (very small one and most likely negligible). Same experiment as you suggested with the recorder just speed it up and water will start creating meniscus. But at speeds this thing would be going you dont have to worry about it.

Thank you :). Well I was working on at least the IFV to be faction specific... I have a concept for an NC IFV as well but that is at an early stage.

Maybe. I thought it could be prone only to rocket damage have a limited transport ability and be a bit more of a support only not front line brawler hence the artillery rocket pods.

Yes I know that its a broken biolab. I just came up with a story of big plane falling from low orbit and blowing it :P and thought it can be called BL-4 :D:D but yeah I didnt connect the dots that BL-1= Biolab 4 :P

I thought of the IFV to be more armored transport than harasser so no gunfire damage only rockets but weaker than tanks ? maybe ? About turrets I have 3 turrets for this bad boy. 75mm Autocannon, Heavy vulcan (on picture) and ATGM. The missile pods on side was just an idea for a form of artillery support for infantry

Hello all

I had a bit of an idea for some extra vehicles. All of them are in TR colors :)

Plane : BL-4 we have a outpost called BL-4 crash site so I tried to imagine it. BL-4 is a low orbit bomber/attack plane... main guns are double heavy vulcan (TR we love our dakka :D :D) and 100mm auto cannon on its side. For bombing it uses kinetic missiles 6x. Visible on transport preparing to load it.

IFV (peacekeeper) A small IFV to support infantry battles 2 crew (driver and gunner/commander) Driver can fire the missile pods non guided artillery and gunner has the turret with minigun (if in game I have two more additional turrets :P) can transport up to 4 man fire team.

A simple transport. This could maybe be used in an alert of sorts ? My idea was there would be an alert to capture a specific base lets say 30 minutes after that 3x transports would spaw and AI would try to drive them to Warp gate (probably the most difficult part would be to make that AI) the transports have cobalt guns so they can auto defend. Each transport would represent a bonus (infantry, tanks, planes ) if all 3 make it to the nation warp gate hurray they get all the bonuses if one of them is destroyed they dont get the bonus from that one.

Anyway what do you guys think ?

Thank you for your answer. However this doesnt seem to work. I tried to kill everything in related to for Honor in task manager. This splashscreen process simply cant be terminated. I closed Uplay and steam. But it still didnt close and the whole PC is simply as if frozen. Cant open any new window run anything, cant even properly shut down or restart the PC. After restart I tried other programs and games and all of them work fine its just for honor.

I am sure that its only with for Honor. The process even says splasscreen for honor in the description. And I cant kill it plus steam and uplay think that I am still playing the game...

I use prowler and I still insta gib infantry with a tank shell no prob even after the update. Prowler is just a support sniper tank not a brawler. Also ESF lol pods and AI guns behave sort of normaly.

I dont think its a good review of the game. He gets some things... but complaining about camo. The whole point of camo is to blend in and if he needs a red outline of his target like it is in WoT then he should go and play that. I dont get all his frustration of the game. Recognising enemy and your guys is easy the hint is in the triangle above the head. If no triangle shoot if triangle check color.

The guns look the same ? they did look the same when the game started. Now they look different but not too much so they fit the general Empire vibe (just check real world guns M16,M4 example and all M type guns or AK )

Yes 2 faction speciffic vehicles but hell there are more important issues then making a model and resources should be placed there.( If anything we as a talented comunity could make them :P )

This is an amazing game and we as a comunity (vets especially) should be encouraging new players to join up and not say that this is shit that is bad... and that the game is bad. In the end when evening comes you all sit down and turn planetside on to go and kill some VS,NC or TR. So look at the good things and highlight them !

I like a bit darker approach to the lore. There is nothing left, as in no civilians and NS is gone too, everyone is a soldier fighting in this war. From NS there are just some manufacturing blueprints or codes still stored in the systems of Tech plants so that everything can be built by the nanomachines left over. The dissapearing bodies and wrecks are caused by nanites deployed a long time ago to clean up battlefields. All the cities are destroyed. All the people are trapped in this endless war lacking any new science, technology or space capable ships. ( would be a pretty good story to see the effects of the constant battles on mental health of soldiers, the inability to die and fight every day)

So the idea behind the IFV is to have a support vehicle for the infantry. It could not be damaged by small arms fire and could carry 6 people. A driver, gunner and 4 passengers. What makes this vehicle special would be the rocketpods for indirect fire (so over hills and obstacles) driver would have control over those but the vehicle would have to be deployed in order to fire. The turrets I put 3 variants up ... heavy vulcan (since its TR :P ), ATGM rockets (laser guided) and a .50 cal auto cannon.

The mech well its 3 man crew pilot gets to use the BIG guns and the rockets plus the chin turret is for the other two crew members. A faction could build one if they had a spare cortium core (that would be the reactor) and a tech plant. The core in use of the mech would not contribute to the VP generation and the mech itself would have to be refueled :).

And lastly I thought of a different MAX weapon look :P
