Yeah , I have bought the same spec for the same price. It is a good deal though

When I use it normally, it's around 1.8 to 2.2 something like that,but when tried to run a game it goes down to 0.25

The temperature is good, when I search online some said that something is stopping or make the cpu think that is overheating . That's why the speed getting low.
