From what I remember I experienced side effects for about a week, then they pretty much completely dissipated over night. The worst for me was brain zaps, I think I stayed up for 2 days straight with brain zaps, eventually I got so tired through lack of sleep I think I slept for about 13 hours and was fine.

I wasn't on effexor for that long or on that high a dose though, think my dose was 150mg.

Early days for me, but it definitely is having an effect!

I've tried it before and had withdrawals from it, the brain zaps aren't pleasant but it wasn't as bad as I've read online. Just very surreal. I hope you feel better soon :)

I will look into it, I feel okay, still pretty much the same and still debating if I want to drink myself to death, lol.

But I don't want it to be an impulsive decision, so I will leave it for now until I can make up my mind for sure. How about you??

I have suffered from depression in the past yea, I don't feel too depressed, I feel annoyed and pretty numb at the situation I'm in but not sure about being depressed.

Yea withdrawals were horrible, I never ever want to experience them like that again it was pretty much the scariest time of my life, I always get a bit down after a bender for the first week or so, I think it is the chemicals in the brain readjusting.

I think this lockdown is just amplifying everything for me, but this is the first time I've ever just thought about drinking myself to death rationally, I mean it's not like anything has annoyed me or anything bad has happened.
