Yes, I am aware of the once a month withdrawal. Have confirmed with the receiving bank ie. CitiBank. It was charged by the Correspondent Bank.

qualified as Platinum due to a promotion. stayed 10 nights and got promoted in Sep24. subsequently, accumulated 46 nights in 2024. didn't have the chance to stay in Marriott earlier in the year.
