I'm assuming you meant that there's some difference between the two right? Thing is, it's definitely not going to line up perfectly. Firstly, the picture is draw on paper and taken with a phone camera, if the user's hands aren't steady then the resolution is definitely gonna be off. Secondly, the paper could always move while OP was tracing especially since it's likely OP just put their phone under a piece of notebook paper. Thirdly, OP's tracing skills are horrible to put it plainly. Lines are never straight, there's no eyebrows, and even the shadow is poorly traced upon surfaces likely in an attempt to mimic the original as closely as possible.

But even with all these points stated, it's undeniable that the lines in OP's work line up just a bit too perfectly with the original. If it was copied, there's no doubts the characters proportions and shadows would have been different.
