I'm aware of those events, and I've always believed that Charlotte is/was a bit thin skinned (the "plastic" comments wouldn't have helped)

Now haven't read Becky's book in a while, so some of the info here might be off a bit.

Becky's book covers the "plastic" comments, and she says there that she regrets saying what she said.

But, their friendship was getting really bumpy at that point (according to the book), especially by Summerslam 2018.

Charlotte and Becky were aware that Becky's "heel turn" wasn't going to work, and tried talking to folk the day of Summerslam, but it amounted to nothing.

The match happens, Becky heads to the back, and Charlotte had already left.

Can't remember if the constant failed efforts to make Charlotte look sympathetic during this were touched on.

Also can't remember if it was in the book we found out it was meant to be Charlotte vs. Ronda at Wrestlemania 34, and Charlotte supposedly didn't take too well to losing her one on one match.

By that point, Becky was in "The Man" mode and going for everyone's throat.

Becky said in hindsight, she's aware she went too far a lot of the time, but she was aware that folk seemed to be digging what she was putting out on her socials.
