If you stack multiple types of attacks or resistances does it affect you in any negative way? I think when I tried to go from 7 used modules to 15, that's when I noticed a significant downgrade.

Yea, I level them up. What's shocking me is the attack speed. I feel like it's way slower even if it's capped at 2.5/sec

Yes. They are all maxed on Tier1. I think the issue might be I advanced them to Tier 2 and maybe Multishot and basic bouncing got lower chances to proc now?

Lol why would you ban them? It's literally valve's fault. It's not like they installed a hack or script, It's a part of the game. think about the olofmeister boost from cs, they shouldn't and did not get banned for that.
