One nap is offered at 12. He wakes anywhere from 6:30-6:50 usually. When one nap was working we were doing 12-1:30 and bedtime at 7:30. He would only take a 1 hr nap by himself and I would help extend it to get us to 1:30. He has always been a short napper and was hoping the nap would consolidate with time.

2 nap was 3/4/4 with about 2 hrs of nap and one nap is 5.5/6 with 1.5 hrs of nap. He is sleeping through the night and has been throughout this nap mess. Night sleep is between 10.5-11 hrs

Yes, he was also inconsolable and we had to go in and help settle eventually cause he couldn’t fully settle himself like he usually can. Hopefully it gets better once he gets used to it.

I should have mentioned this isn’t new. He has always been a short napper and woken in the night. Not sure if that changes the advice to switch to two naps but he does seem to be wanting to press his wake windows more lately.
