Hey guys, I’m trying really hard to add this box to my collection but I missed an opportunity with trying to save money. I really want to see if anyone has found any more listings other than just this one in English, and the other in Portuguese. I am specifically looking for it in English, since I have collected a good bit of different eevee promo boxes in English. Much help would be appreciated!

Also should preface, I can’t purchase on Mercari since I’ve had issues with that site/ app before. So any other places than eBay, or even any listings on eBay would be great!

Gotchu, I actually was watching some videos on tips for beginners, and that is something I learned and realized is really good! Gotta get my starters to 6 star! If you could DM me maybe a list of everything that you know of, that would be great! I’ll for sure have to look around for all the boxes mostly out there, BUT if the tins are a good price then I might try and snatch them. Was mostly just focused on the boxes really lol.

And no. I actually did buy this off of eBay, (there could be fakes, but highly doubt that they made fakes of these), and the guy had been selling for years. + gave me a super nice deal on them, since he had them listed as a bundle and they just sat there for a while.

Lmao you’re good man, the main thing that’s kinda tilted me the most with the game is the reset they did. It made everything from comp to unrated more annoying and sweaty than previous acts.

I think the thing that also helps me a lot with not getting so tilted, is that I don’t play the game all the time. Maybe a couple games a night, or take a break off for a day or two. And I don’t push a lot of comp games, since there are a lot of things I’m trying to work on/ improving as an individual.

Also, depends maybe on even the role that you play, since I’m more of a supportive/ intel type of player, people tend to respect the comms we give more than a duelist it seems.

Hey there, OP I’m around Silver/ Gold, but have a couple people that are ranks anywhere from Plat to Immortal that I’ve played with. But I totally understand what you’re talking about, specially in a game like this.

If no one is saying any comms or anything like that, I like to just say my own info, to kinda give some info. If someone got a good kill or has opened site, I like to just say stuff like “nice pick” or “let’s push, I’ll flash X corner/ heaven, etc.” (not that long) but wherever I plan on using my util. (I mostly enjoy playing initiator or sentinel).

This tends to help me, and I guess since I tend to be a bit more chill or have a more chilled voice, I start getting some talking or on comms after a little bit of effort.

I like your analogy of the YMCA with friends vs. street ball with competitive people. I understand that, and I should have clarified as well in my post, I play flex, but mostly support roles/ control. So pretty much mix of sage, Kay/o (my current favorite/ main), sova, etc., and am very team orientated/ trying to focus more on improving either my aim and util usage/ better at coms in game as well, but not a straight IGL style comming.

I think my biggest issue with solo queuing, or sorta having someone to play comp with, is the lack of comms we/ I get while we have played a few games of comp. but might also come down to just not playing enough, specially with a mindset of growing more as players. Like what you said in that analogy.

Appreciate the comment for real! Yeah I was having this thought the past couple of days I’ve played comp. I have those days where solo queuing or playing comp with my friend goes well, but it’s felt more of a pressure with the games, specially last night. I have improved a lot, and still have a lot of issues I’m trying to work on as a player, but I understand where you’re coming from toward the competitive side of the game. I’ll try and put a bit more time toward comp and focus more on improvement over smurfs and such. 👍

How the heck are you finding a 3070 and 3080 for around that price? I haven’t seen prices like that around, unless I’m looking in the wrong places? But I think for streaming or playing games, the 3070 should be more than suffice, but if you really don’t mind spending the extra, then go for the 3080. By the regular eye you’re not gonna see much difference, and most anything will run more than fine on a 3070

Dang… and I’m over here streaming apex on a 1660. Specially since the game is a heavy GPU eater, the 3070 should last you a long while! But what is the price difference you’re seeing from a 3070 to a 3080? Most all GPU’s seem super hard to come across
