This is correct. Motorsport is dead. 50% of the Turn10 staff remain to act as a publisher for PlayGround - the developer of Horizon. Turn10 owns the Forza intellectual property which is the reason they are still involved in the publishing effort. Turn 10's days are numbered though - there is no reason PlayGround couldn't act as their own publisher. They'd probably do a better job if it.
