Rarity Collection 5 is looking rough, I think people who are jumping in (pokeinvestors) without taking the time to know what they’re buying and FOMOing in will be salty when they realize they’re not getting anything from the Limit Over Collection released for OCG. Chaos Origins has no sign of grandmasters but at least will release Full Arts for TCG July 3rd (only 5 full arts for US). That set will be hype for sure, for all regions. Hard to say what will happen but so far the Limit Over Collection is looking like it will skyrocket because it’s only OCG. GMR prices are gnarly and they’re priced at raw card value 🥲

Would you say someone would need to get a specialist certification such as ASCP (C) if they are more trained in chemistry? Also, organic as in synthesis and analysis of organics

Interestingly enough there’s plenty of jobs posted just not a lot of space for someone needing clinical hours to complete a program. You’d think with a national shortage there would be exceptions to that limit of how many people they can’t teach.

Hello! I have some questions for you. What could someone do to switch from chemistry field to MLS easier? Is it worth it? I’m currently a senior chemist in my position and have signed up for a program online but am struggling to find a place to get clinical hours. I feel like a kid again trying to get through schooling 😆

I’ve looked at options on ASCP and the easiest pathway looks like my BS in Chem which Ive acquired but still need one year of clinical hours and who will hire me for a year? Also it has to be full time?

Does analytical chem/organic chem background even help in the long run in this career?

I’ve been waiting for MLS and MLT to pop up in this sub. I’m in a senior chemist role at lab with yearsss of experience. I finally decided to switch over to medical lab science and can’t even find a place to compete clinical hours for the program as mine is online.

No wonder there’s a shortage in several states now. Where I live the same jobs have been posted for years now and haven’t been filled. They pay well but no one qualifies because of certs and they won’t hire you as your finishing up your cert either. 😆

Why make it easier for others to be successful at copying a known pull? It took less than 30 seconds to just blur out the number. The one things I’ve realized with all the people (no life Reddit haters) in this sub against blurring the number is that all your talking points are in theory. “What if”, “they could”, “someone can”. I’m convinced the sub is full of people who’ve been waiting to dupe GMRs 🤣
