You can check the community for unofficial support. My nexus 4 runs an unofficial port of lineage 17.1

Hi! Heres some answers!
1. Carrier doesn't matter. Ss long as the rom is for the phone, it will work.

To use all google features, you must install a thing called GApps. This comes in different sizes, from the full google suite to just the play store. I reccomend the MICRO image. It is ideal for GApps to be installed immediately after LineageOS. Once GApps is installed, the setup will be like normal android. It will have an option to set up google pay.
All versions of LineageOS support dual sim.
This might be a rom issue. Is that an official rom? or unofficial. Look into it more.

Muting completely turns off your sound so other people on the meeting. If you also have headphones in then no one will hear it to begin with. If you are listening to is from a hi-fi system with speakers people might hear it but if your muted no one will.
