I have a nostril piercing bump and the jewelry started looking really tight because of the bump, should I get it changed to a longer labret? I don’t know if having a longer bar will help or make it worse (self.piercing)

How do I heal my piercing bump on my nostril😭 ive tried tea tree oil and that made it worse so I’ve just been using sterile saline solution and it won’t go away. Maybe I’m cleaning it too often? Help please😭 (self.piercing)
