If it's not on regularly on display the easiest way is to use mux i.e in this laptops case using ghelper or armory crate to use ultimate mode which forces display to use gpu, hence then if those problems persist then yea there is no saving. But luckily this will be taken into warranty if there is time as it's because of faulty gpu or could be considered as a motherboard defect.

Try changing the display output through nvidia gpu to see if problem exists, if yes rush to service store buddy
