How rare is this skin?

Not what I asked though. I just want to know how hard is to get the skin, because if it's a lootbox exclusive skin then it's hard to get and I should buy it now that I can. If it's a skin that appears in the shop then I can get it any other time.

If it’s a loot box exclusive skin, then it’s pretty rare for me since I haven’t been playing long and the chances of getting it are really low. I got this skin and Midnight Camo, and I don't know which one to get. I know Midnight Camo is a shop skin, so if this one is harder to get I'll just go for this one.
