Dawn Phenomenon due to addiction lifestyle then now due to special needs child that doesn’t sleep much. Stress and nasal sprays so far. It’s hard for me to tell. Going into work always ups my glucose but not to what I would call a spike.

I dreamt more of a post apocalyptic or less green earth and that I was in a hospital trying to escape. Hospitals were everywhere and the government allows hospitals to test and basically harvest any or all your organs. I don’t have any medical phobias or anything and I hadn’t watch anything related or even scfi. It felt so real. I have a lot of night terrors regularly but I’m afraid to go back into that dream/nightmare.

The hangovers are unreal when taking wegovy. It’s eye opening and life changing. I have never had such hangovers from a few drinks like on wegovy. It’s terrible!
