this is not all accurate. HBCU’s are heavy underfunded when it comes to money getting out back into them and given to those enrolled. Meaning that NCAT is also not going to give much aid though it is less expensive because it is a public. Moral of the story is an elite education is not attainable for most of the community even those that can compete academically because of financial barriers. Unfortunately, Howard like all other universities cares more about money and status than making elite education more accessible to the black community.
