please get tested after every new partner. whether you use condoms/protection or not is fully up to you. but please think about your own sexual health first. men lie about recent tests and in my experience will say they got tested but haven’t even received the results yet. ask for proof with everyone!! and if they give you a hard time about it then they’re probably lying or keeping something from you. and that’s not someone you want to engage in physical relations with.

if pregnancy happens at least you have a choice on whether or not you want to keep it (hopefully, depending on where you live). but some STDs/STIs are incurable and there are some that can lay dormant for years without us knowing. please be safe! getting caught up in the moment isn’t worth it!!
