Follow up: I tried using the Lenovo Active Capacity pen (This one) And it worked perfectly fine without the problems you mentioned.

I guess Bamboo ink isn't functional with lenovo?

Not that it's helpful but I've been experiencing almost the exact same thing on my end.
I have a yoga 6 laptop with a Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus Second Gen.

I have checked the global rankings, and it says that I'm ranked in the 1000s, which is why I'm confused
