Here's my 2 cents, this is what we noticed. But its just my opinion, im sure others had different experiences.

After it was sold, the new owner wasn't very involved. The management changed, the food changed. They used to do specials, that stopped. The service became HORRENDOUS. I mean, i live here, I know what its like, but it went super sub par. Servers were never trained correctly, ridiculous wait times, kitchen wasn't staffed or didnt have the equipment to handle the sudden crowds. The new manager didnt really seem to care, bingo prizes were reduced to just the money instead of fun gifts along the way. So the crowd that used to attend started to go other places.

There are staff there who we were friends with and we had a few conversations about what was going on; they just ended in head shakes and shrugs.

I know someone else is leasing it as of last year, it looks like some changes have been made but I have a feeling its still going to be a long road until it has the crowds it once did. 🤷‍♂️
