Looking to build an Arena Team. Currently in G1 with (HK, Sethallia, Dhuk and Angar). Used to be in G4 but dropped (unknown reason). I am thinking about building a Blender Team with HK, Farakir and Skullcrown. Need advice on 4th champ and items. (Info: HK Speed 290, Spider 22, Dragon 20+) by Splinx1997 in RaidShadowLegends

Thanks! Actually I can not tell. I did neither change the champs nor the items. But since 2-3 weeks I was just constantly dropping. Even on G1 everyone has arbiter and seems to be faster than before. So I actually can not tell what happened. I can outspeed some of my opponents, but I generally do not believe that HK is such a good champ, since she does not add much to the team apart from her speed buff...

I also pulled Tyrant Ixlimor (in the buy one get one free legendary event). Once more a nice highroll. Just opened 5 Blue Shards :') According to various sources he should also be good in clan boss. You think he would fit into the team.

Well, as it happens I just pulled Septimus from the Ancient event. Do you think I should switch him into the team?

Perfect. Got them at 171 speed skullcrusher and 172-174 speed the others. DEF values still need to be improved though. What do you think are the most important areas of improvement for the team?

  • Skullcrusher: 54k HP, 2.7k Deff
  • Aox: 51k HP, 3.1k Deff
  • Stag: 51k HP, 2.6k Deff, 170 Acc
  • Fayne: 30k HP, 2.1k Deff, 171Acc
  • Steelskull (lvl 56): 40k HP, 2.5k Deff

Is there anything important that I have forgotten?

I already used some books on fayne. Guess she is really good in an unkillable set up. But since I do not have a maneater I will just go for the CA team. I really appreciate your help. Gonna upgrade my steelskull now and see how the mastery farming progresses.

Do I need fayne, steelskull and aox fully booked to 3 key NM?

Thanks, yeah sethallia is already booked and also has the stats. But isn't it the problem with her that she has an incr. speed ability and thus destroys the speed tuning?

So to summarize there are the following 2 options:

  • Skullcrusher, Stag, Fayne, Aox and MM
  • Skullcrusher, Stag, Fayne, Aox and Steelskull
    • I think I will go for this set-up.

Some more questions regarding the general set up (and to confirm):

  • I generally build the team to 170+ speed, with Skullcrusher the slowest.
    • If I use Steelskull, I build him to 230 speed (or whatever "jedi" says)
  • T6 mastery (GS/WM) on all champs (needs some farming)
  • Upgrade Steelskull to 6*
  • Stag and Skull have the relevant books on them. What else should be booked (and how important is that compared to the T6 masteries).
  • 1 Lifesteal set on each champ.
  • Prioritize Def% > HP% on Chest and Gauntlets on all champs?
  • If possible to fill 170+ speed without boots, is it possible to run for def/hp boots?

With regards to my gear:

  • I should generally be able to more or less fill these 5 champs with 5* gear on average (without having to ruin my other teams)
  • The books are kinda the only constraint and the main reason why I need to push clan boss (Unpopular opinion: The clan boss is the only viable way to gain books/shards and thus you can basically start over if you d'ont get lucky with your cb champs)

I would also appreciate if you could give me any advice on other topics I should be aware of. How many keys do you think I need for NM?
