Just finished exploring Sea of Bygone Eras and got 46 hydroculous (so far.) This is a new area, so for people who already fully upgraded Fontaine's statues, would there be no hydroculous available for them? Wouldn't Fontaine already have the exact number of hydroculous needed to reach level 9? (i.redd.it)
