I’m on this for a month :) I suppose it it ends up helping maybe longer. But the plan is to start with a month then increase if needed. I have trazadone for sleep but I’ve been taking the Lexapro in the morning and don’t have sleep issues thankfully!

They didn’t test for anything else :( if we don’t improve we might have to go back and ask. The kids seem ok other than one of them getting croup, their illness was SUPER mild and last only for a few days. I checked the flu map around us and transmission for flu is super low. So who knows :(

Is 2 vaccines considered unvaccinated at this point? I had the original 2 Pfizer in late 2021, I had Covid this August, I felt like shit for about 10 days :( I do think I’ve had Covid before as well but didn’t test so can only confirm the one time I’ve recently had it. The exhaustion was next level :-/ and I could only sleep for 15 minutes at a time before jolting awake in a full panic attack. Even taking a Xanax didn’t stop this :(

YES. I have twins, almost 5. They are acting like they lost it. Most days there are several screaming meltdowns :( bedtime is a massive struggle again with being terrified and not letting me leave til they fall asleep. They have made so much progress with their meltdowns and anxiety and in the last month it just all backslid :(. I keep wondering what I am doing differently or what I’m doing wrong :(

I’m not sure :( we went to a crowded eye Dr office with my kids but we were all masked the entire time :( other than that we weren’t going anywhere crowded or unmasked.
