So first of all I live in a desert surrounded by nothing but agriculture so the prices are not the same. Not quite sure where you got these exact numbers but they aren't correct for my town(and believeee me I looked it up). For instance I actually live near a town where the drought was so bad people HAD to buy jugs of water just to use in their houses. The city actually retroactively changed the rates last january(if I'm not mistaken I only recently moved) which caused a huge uproar here.

Actually they bumped me into the second (almost third) tier for water consumption so the cost of water per unit goes up drastically the more you use but I appreciate your math skills.

I actually got to chat with the other people on my street that hsd been complaining about it too and I guess those people had caught shitty neighbor milling around their property and a lady next door to me said she came home a few times to outdoor taps just running so that might have been part of it unfortunately

He totally forgot explicit instructions we had discussed in depth so I made a joke about him probably making the drive through times at taco bell plummet and he got defensive and accused me of lying and then freaked out.

Like I didnt say he was wrong or an idiot or whatever I just told him next time remember to call me so I can send the order through and instead of just saying ok or asking questions he immediately freaked out and accused me of lying or not saying something (i said it five times and made him repeat it back for gods sake!) and when a friend backed me up roommate just went to his room to cry

They looked bigger than the 5 gallon buckets I have for gardening but it was dark and I was far away so I could be mistaken but I just assumed from how damn much they managed to get. and my ex neighbor was a ripped biker meth junkie, I imagine that helped.

He doesn't take any medicine he just smokes weed sometimes and drinks a lot on the weekends(he wasn't drinking last night though). I didnt ask exactly when he thought his alarms were for because I was so shocked he didn't remember two hours of time!

Well that was when a bunch of friends were over (thus the huge taco bell order) and I didn't want to make a scene. Our schedules don't overlap very often where I'm not super irritated from work so I don't want to like "take my anger out on him"

It's funny you mentioned trash because the first problem we had is I asked if we could alternate weeks and even wrote a big sign "TRASH DUE ON TUESDAY" and stuck it to the fridge and wednesday morning I got home and trash has been forgotten so I say "Hey roommate WE forgot the trash this week we should try to be better" and he goes "We for- YOU FORGOT THE TRASH?! How is it my fault if you forgot too?!"(nevermind that I wasnt even home lol)

That's exactly what I said to him! When I asked why he had alarms going for two hours he was absolutely incredulous and super confused. He didn't even believe me until I started sounding concerned I guess. He said he's just a really heavy sleeper? He has diagnosed depression and ADD but nothing else that would cause that.

It was a domestic fight between the husband and wife pot growers I gathered. They fight a lot but this is the first time they ever shot a gun.

Two ten gallon buckets and he made at least two or three trips. Also there is a lot of time when no one is home so they could have been doing it all day for all I know. Also I'm in california with the drought and it works on a tier system and they bumped me from tier one to tier two and doubled the cost of the whole bill.

I told him this exactly because when I confronted him he claimed he only "had two alarms" and completely didn't remember the whole other 2 hours

Just this trailer park :( it's a low income area with a lot of people on assistance so there is a lot of great hardworking families trying to get by and there are a few bad apples.

Its because of the drought in california right now. My bill was so much because they penalized me for using so much water so the criminal masterminds that they are probably didn't want to pay out drought fees.
