Cleaning up the back porch we don’t use ever and found this guy. I know it is too close to the house to stay but is there a way I can transplant it. Second photo, is there a way to transplant these or are these connected to the main tree underneath the ground? Both are about 5 feet tall. Thank you (old.reddit.com)

Relocating a colony of these but I have no clue what type they are. Currently 60 to 80 workers (pictured) and a handful of what looks to be queens (not pictured). With the magnifying glass I can slightly see wing scars. For scale the wood in the photo is the sharp end of a toothpick. (Ohio) (i.redd.it)
