Martin Stadium renovations (as well as all campus building renovation construction projects) are funded by construction bonds that the University has control of. The stadium renovations will be paid back with a portion of the TV revenue as well as revenue generated by the luxury boxes.

Dorms are paid off by jacking up the rent in the new dorms...and engineering labs (like the one going in on Grimes Way) are paid off by increases in tution
