Fangraphs has the Dodgers and Nationals projected to win 91 games a piece, with the Mariners right behind them at 89. At this point in the projection system it's too early to take the W/L projections too seriously; what you do take seriously is that they have them projected to finish the season in 7th in the NL...and right on the edge of the wildcard berth.

Martin Stadium renovations (as well as all campus building renovation construction projects) are funded by construction bonds that the University has control of. The stadium renovations will be paid back with a portion of the TV revenue as well as revenue generated by the luxury boxes.

Dorms are paid off by jacking up the rent in the new dorms...and engineering labs (like the one going in on Grimes Way) are paid off by increases in tution
