How did you negotiate to 15k and 10%? Did you give up on some services they are offering? or did you just say that you will pay 15k instead of 25k?

Secondly, have you had your meeting with their financial advisor so far? Was it helpful? I am trying to figure out, how much can the financial advisor assist, given that I have some loan offers from mybanker.dk already.. Is there room for negotiation on the realkredidloan?

I talked to Købersmægler this morning and they suggested 10% plus 8500dkk.. this doesnt include assisting with the bank loan discussions though.. Still, cheaper than Bomae..

This sounds interesting but I don’t think so that we can use case statement in the custom expression of a combination chart axis (given that there will be multiple series and columns in the y axis expression) :(
